Central Texas Tolbert Chili Group

Bright and sunny, blistering hot with only a few puffy clouds in the sky the Chisholm Trail Roundup was a huge success.  Bigger than ever with a carnival midway featuring a 5-story ferris wheel clearly visible from all vantage points.  There were lots of colorful canopies and flags flying in the breeze and with all the barbeque rigs dotting the landscape, Lockhart lived up to its claim of being the BBQ Capital of Texas, but with chili on the rise, they may have to modify that tag line soon.
